Talent Development and Gifted Studies

One of the most imperative musts of American education and society at large today is this: Gifted children must be educated in accordance with what we have learned about their relative abilities, and in accordance with their availability for serving society at-large in posts where intelligence of higher order is sine qua non.

Our mission in the Program for Talent Development and Gifted Studies is to maximize learning opportunities for gifted and talented students in the Northern Kentucky and Greater Cincinnati region and beyond. We will achieve ithis mission by:

  • Being a comprehensive and valued resource for students, teachers, and parents in the regional community;
  • Delivering an internationally recognized gifted and talented curriculum;
  • Innovating educational technology best practices that support the precocious abilities of gifted and talented children;
  • Conducting rigorously applied research on topics relevant and useful to gifted and talented students, educators, and parents.
